I have experience treating individual and couples in community mental health and substance use recovery settings. I'm queer-aligned, sex-positive, and body neutral. My specialties include treating trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and relationship issues. I have training in sex therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, DBT, CBT, attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks and I am always learning more about how to affirm intersectional identities.
